Baywave TECT Aquatic & Leisure Centre

NZSC sucessfully tendered with Marra Construction, Ltd to deliver a complete re-surfacing solution for the Baywave TECT Aquatic & Leisure Centre. The total application was >1,100sqm and had specific pool edging detail required to provide a seamless look and feel for their public users. In addition, the coating system choice had to be compatible with being installed overtop of exsisting pool tiles and be fit for use in an aquatic environment.

The best option for is application was the Degadur Coloured Quartz system due to it eye catching seemless apperance, proven longevity in aquatic conditons, hard-wearing, non-slip, and low maintenance.

The client also chose the Degadur Coloured Quartz system due to its range of attractive colours. The client selected Gray Quartz (RAL 641) which was a fantastic choice and completely modernized the look and feel of the entire facility. Feedback from the client and most importantly the public who use the facility has been overwhelming positive!
